Terms of Service
Last updated August 20, 2026
This is a working draft. It describes accurately how Robinario handles your data today, but it has not yet been reviewed by legal counsel and is not a final agreement.
These terms cover your use of Robinario, a platform for running webinars and virtual events. By creating an account or joining an event you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind that company.
1. Who these terms are between
Robinario is operated by Fast Coding Agency. "You" means the person or company holding an account, and "attendee" means anyone who registers for an event you run. Organisers are responsible for their own attendees under these terms.
2. Your account
You need a verified email address to hold an account, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your password and any recovery codes to yourself, and tell us as soon as you think someone else has access. You can end your account at any time from Settings.
3. Workspaces and members
Every account belongs to at least one workspace. Whoever owns a workspace controls who can join it, what each member can do, and what happens to the events and recordings inside it. Removing a member removes their access but not the work they created.
4. What you may not do
Do not use Robinario to break the law, to send unsolicited bulk email, to host content you have no right to distribute, or to record people who have not been told they are being recorded. Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another workspace, or to disrupt the service for anyone else.
5. Your content stays yours
Recordings, registration data, event pages and everything else you upload remain yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service: to store your content, show it to the people you invite, and process it to produce the features you switch on.
6. Recordings and retention
Recordings are kept for the retention window set on your workspace, which defaults to 365 days. Past that point a recording and its video file are deleted for good and cannot be recovered. Changing the window applies to future uploads; recordings already made keep the horizon they were given.
7. Availability
We work to keep Robinario running, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may take it down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. Live events depend on your network and your attendees' networks, which are outside our control.
8. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Where a feature is described as available on a higher plan, it becomes available when that plan starts. We will tell you before a price changes, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
9. Ending the agreement
You can delete your workspace at any time. It is held for 30 days first so an accidental deletion can be reversed, then removed along with its members, invitations and audit history. We may suspend an account that breaks section 4, and will explain why unless the law stops us.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that affects you materially, we will tell you by email before the change applies. Continuing to use Robinario after that date means you accept the new version. Every version keeps the date it was published.
